Combined chemo/chemodynamic therapy is a promising strategy to achieve an improved anticancer effect. However, the hypoxic microenvironment and limited amount of H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub> in most solid tumors severely restrict the efficacy of this treatment.
