Stimuli-responsive polymers have attracted significant interest in the fields of advanced materials and biomaterials. Herein, temperature- and pH-responsive glycopolymers, which are composed of <i>N</i>-isopropylacrylamide, methacrylic acid, and an acrylamide derivative bearing a lactose moiety, were synthesized via radical copolymerization.
