The nanostructured tin monosulfide/carbon composites were synthesized by a simple wet chemical synthesis approach. It was revealed that the 3D flower-like tin monosulfide nanoparticles are usable as an active anode material for sodium-ion batteries, exhibiting a specific capacity of 480.4 mAh/g.
