PDX summary data for gene fusions as detected by STAR-Fusion using RNA-seq and stranded RNA-seq data from patient-derived xenografts in NSG mice

ABSTRACT: PDX models were generated using subcutaneous tumor implantation in female NOD.Cg-Prkdc Il2rg/SzJ (NSG; JAX strain 005557) host mice. Tumors were grown, collected, and fragmented for serial passage in NSG mice. RNA and/or stranded RNA Illumina reads were run through STAR-fusion to detect fusion gene products.
