ABSTRACT: In the crystal structure of the title compound, C(24)H(23)NO, the phenyl ring makes dihedral angles of 81.53?(11) and 75.35?(12)°, respectively, with the methyl-substituted and the fused benzene rings. The dihedral angle between the two benzene rings is 71.10?(10)°. There is an intra-molecular O-H?N hydrogen bond.
