Cancer and Anesthesia: Survival After Radical Surgery - a Comparison Between Propofol or Sevoflurane Anesthesia


ABSTRACT: The purpose of this study is to determine whether anesthesia maintained with propofol results in better one- and five-year-survival than anesthesia maintained with sevoflurane.

DISEASE(S): Rectal Neoplasms,Patients With Breast- Or Colorectal Cancer That Will Undergo Radical Surgery For This Cancer. During The Surgery General Aneasthesia With Either Propofol Or Sevoflurane Will Be Used.,Rectal Cancer,Breast Neoplasms,Neoplasms,Colonic Neoplasms
