Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Interventions: Control group (CON group):Intravenous and inhalation combined anesthesia, equal amount of normal saline; Sufentanil PCIA.;Dexmedetomidine group (DEX group):Dexmedetomidine group (DEX group): intravenous anesthesia was assisted by intravenous of DEX with the loading dose of 0.5~1.0 microgram/kg completed within 10 minutes and maintenance infusion of 0.5~1.0 microgram /kg/h until the end of the operation. Sufentanil + DEX to implement PCIA.; Epidural group (EP group):Intravenous Inhalation Combined with epidural anesthesia, ropivacaine + sufentanil PCEA;DEX + EP group:Intravenous anesthesia assisted by intravenous DEX combined with epidural anesthesia, ropivacaine + DEX PCEA.
