Project description:Soft tissue sarcomas (STSs) are heterogeneous malignancies derived from mesenchymal cells. Due to its rarity, heterogeneity, and limited overall response to chemotherapy, STSs represents a therapeutic challenge. Necroptosis is a novel therapeutic strategy for enhancing immunotherapy of cancer. Nevertheless, no research has explored the relationship between necroptosis-related genes (NRGs) and STSs.We performed full-length transcriptome analysis of four pairs of soft-tissue sarcomas and normal normal adjacent tissues. We further validated the expression level of necroptosis-related genes (NRGs) in these sample pairs.
Project description:The Xuanwei area is a hot spot of lung adenocarcinoma in females in China, which is strongly associated with the consumption of local smoky coal. Comprehensive characterization of its genomic and immunological landscapes is crucial for cancer prevention and the development of precision therapy. Here, we report extensive genomic, transcriptomic, and immunological profiles of 117 Xuanwei female lung adenocarcinoma (XWFA), comprising 112 pairs of tumour-normal whole-exon sequencing (WES) profiles and 33 normal and 115 tumour mRNA-seq profiles.
Project description:Analysis of undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma/malignant fibrous histiocytoma-like tumors from LSL-KrasG12D, p53Fl/Fl mouse model of soft tissue sarcoma. Murine soft tissue sarcomas (n = 17) were compared to normal muscle (n = 4). Tumors were isolated surgically from soft tissue sarcomas generated by conditional Kras and p53 alleles. Tumors were induced using an adenovirus expressing Cre recombinase. Normal muscle samples were isolated from mice of the same genotype without tumor induction.
