Cold plasma enhances lignin-derived aldehyde conversion for Pseudomonas putida
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Strain breeding is important for the conversion of syringaldehyde. Here, it presented cold plasma contributed to the facilitated syringaldehyde conversion of Pseudomonas putida. Genetic change was generated from cold plasma by genome resequencing assays. The key mutation would provide a robust strain biocatalyst for the conversion of lignin-derived aldehyde.
