ABSTRACT: We have successfully established organoid culture model for human and murine gall bladder (GB) epithelial cells allowing long-time culture of primary epithelial cells. This model was used to analyze factors influencing stemness and to study infection with Salmonella paratyphi and its toxin Cdtb.
