ABSTRACT: Integrating transcriptomic analyses of both clinical PDAC and PDAC models, we identified that the most common neomorphic TP53 mutation (p53R175H) rewires RNA splicing promoting transcriptome-wide retention of cassette exons bearing cytosine(C)-rich sequences.
