Epigenomes of oxLDL exposed trained monocytes
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Innate immune memory is the phenomenon whereby innate immune cells such as monocytes or macrophages undergo functional reprogramming after exposure to microbial components. In this study we apply epigenetic, H3K27ac and H3K4me3 ChIP-seq, analysis to healthy human monocytes exposed to oxidized Low Density Lipoprotein (oxLDL), in vitro.
