Epigenomes of Hemin exposed trained monocytes

ABSTRACT: Innate immune memory is the phenomenon whereby innate immune cells such as monocytes or macrophages undergo functional reprogramming after exposure to microbial components. In this study we apply epigenomic, H3K27ac ChIP-seq, analysis to healthy human monocytes exposed to Hemin, a danger-associated signal, and B-glucan, a yeast sugar, in vitro.

ORGANISM(S): Homo sapiens
