Identified differentially expressed lncRNAs in Type 1 Diabetes Patients
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) is already evidently involved in a variety of biological functions and pathophysiological mechanisms underlying the diabetes. However, the role of lncRNAs in the type 1 diabetes (T1D) has not been explored clearly yet. The aim of this study was to determine the circulating lncRNA profile and confirmed the differentially expressed lncRNA between T1D patients and healthy control.
