Identified differentially expressed lncRNAs in type 2 diabetes patients
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) is already evidently involved in a variety of biological functions and pathophysiological mechanisms underlying the diabetes. However, the role of lncRNAs in the type 2 diabetes (T2D) has not been explored clearly yet. The aim of this study was to determine the circulating lncRNA profile and confirmed the differentially expressed lncRNA between T2D patients.
