Next genereration sequencing reveals that CNAs associated with cyclin E overexpression tranlate into changes in transcriptional output.


ABSTRACT: Transient cyclin E overexpression in human mammary epithelial cells leads to a distinct CNA signature. We carried out high throughput sequencing to determine if these CNAs translated into changes in transcription.
