Macrophage deletion of Noc4l triggers endosomal TLR4/TRIF signal and leads to insulin resistance
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: To study the role of noc4l in macrophages in inflammation induced insulin resistance, BMDM cells were isolated from Noc4l wild type or Noc4l knock out mouse and then treated with or without LPS. By using microarray expression profiling with RNA extrated from BMDMs, we found Noc4l was related to inflammation.
