Transcriptomic changes of HepG2 cell line in response to treatment with boric acid
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Boric acid is the common physiological form of Boron in human body. There is an ongoing effort to illuminate its biological effects via in vitro and in vivo experimental settings. Many of the biological effects of boric acid are known to be concentration dependent. In this study, genome-wide transcriptional effects of boric acid treatment on HepG2 cell line at IC50 level was investigated.
