Early-life nasopharyngeal gene expression profiles in the context of the local microbiota and viral infection.
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: We studied nasopharyngeal gene expression profiles in infants from just after birth until 1 year of age. We used microarrays to detail the gene expression profiles over time. These gene expression maturation profiles were related to previously generated microbiota data, viral detection data and host and environmental factors (Bosch et al. AJRCCM 2017; SRP093519).
