Fecal Exosomes treatment of B6 mice for 14 days
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Fecal Exosomes from RCD and HFD (isolated from 12 months of their respective diets and purified by sucrose gradient) were orally gavaged to B6 mice for 14 days while they fed HFD. These exosomes were characterized for CD63+A33 duol positivity. After 14 days, liver tissue were harvested. RNA was isolated and sent to invitorgen for Affymetrix array. The purpose of the experiment was to see which set of genes go up or down after these exosomes treatment and their link to metabolic syndrome.
