Characterization of the intergenerational impact of in utero and postnatal oxycodone exposure

ABSTRACT: Based on the significant physical attributes observed at P14 in the F1 and F2 generations exposed to oxycodone in utero (IUO) and postnatally (PNO), we performed RNA-Seq analysis on the nucleus accumbens (NAc). The NAc was chosen given its association with the reward pathway. RNA-Seq analysis showed several up-and down-regulated genes among the IUO, PNO, and saline groups in both the F1 and F2 generations
