Effect of Qingyi Decoction on the Treatment of Acute Pancreatitis Mice via mRNA Sequencing Analysis
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Acute pancreatitis (AP) is an inflammatory disease of pancreatic tissue caused by pancreatic acinar cell injury. AP treatment of Qingyi Decoction(QYD) is a widely and commonly used traditional Chinese medicine prescription. A mice model of acute pancreatitis was established and treated with Qingyi Decoction, and mRNA high-throughput sequencing was performed on the pancreatic tissue of mice treated with Qingyi Decoction for the first time. There were 4477 and 4359 differentially expressed genes in the control group compared with the model group and the Qingyi Decoction group, while there were 8 differentially expressed genes in the model group compared with the Qingyi Decoction group by analyzing the mRNA expression profiles. Analysising of KEGG, GO, GSEA and network interaction, it was found that its therapeutic effect was closely related to apoptosis, inflammatory response and autophagy process.
