ABSTRACT: The wild type (WT) and TLR4 -/- pulmonary fibroblasts were treated with phosphate-buffered saline (PBS), 1 µg/mL recombinant mouse (rm) CIRP, 2 ng/mL rmTGF-ß1 (R&D Systems), or rmCIRP plus rmTGF-ß1. The cell lysates collected at 24 hours were used for high throughput mRNA sequencing.
