ABSTRACT: Hypoxia has been linked to increased treatment resistance in many solid tumors, including head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC). We aim to identify genes involved in hypoxia-mediated response to radiotherapy in HNSCC. We used microarrays to investigate the influence of hypoxia on the global gene expression in HNSCC.
