ABSTRACT: We report the results of an RNA-seq analysis conducted as part of an experiment investigating the effects of the phthalate, mono-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (MEHP), and all-trans retinoic acid (ATRA) on cultured fetal mouse testes. The goal of the study was to determine whether fetal testis toxicity of MEHP is partially driven by disruption of retinoic acid signaling.
