RNA sequencing of LPS-stimulated bone marrow-derived macrophages pre-treated with MB-3 or DMSO

ABSTRACT: We report the application of RNA sequencing technology for high-throughput profiling in mouse bone marrow-derived macrophages pre-treated with MB-3(50μM) or DMSO, and stimulated with LPS(100ng/ml) for 4 hours. The goal of this study is to search differential gene in indicated groups. Through differential gene analysis, we can find out the specific mechanism of MB-3 inhibits LPS-induced pro-inflammatory gene transcription but promotes the expression of gene involved in NRF2 pathway and anti-oxidation acitivity.
