Effect of Tubeimoside I (TA) on the innate immunity in C57BL/6 mice
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: A saponin monomer Tubeimoside I (TA) was found to have potential adjuvant activity. Since the adaptive immune response is mediated by innate immunity, we took the immune injection site (quadriceps femoris muscle) as the local immune microenvironment, and injected TA (50 μg) into quadriceps muscle to prepare samples. Muscles injected with PBS were served as the negative control. RNA was extracted 4 hours after drug treatment, and samples were prepared for whole-gene transcriptome expression profile microarray detection.
