Effect of ERI1 deficiency on gene expression during chondrogenic differentiation of human iPSCs

ABSTRACT: To investigate the function of ERI1 in the regulation of chondrogenic differentiation, we established iPSC lines from the lymphoblastoid cells of the individuals with ERI1 mutations. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of two cell lines (healthy mother-derived iPSCs and patient-derived iPSCs).
