ABSTRACT: we used microarray technology to construct a comparative circRNA profiling of exosomes isolated from cell supernatant of high glucose stimulated human proximal tubular epithelial cell line (HK-2 cells) and nomal controls, aimed to explore gene expression and the underlying molecular mechanism of exosomal circRNAs in DN development.
