Secondary infections regenerate the intestinal CD103+ tissue-resident memory T-cell pool


ABSTRACT: Using a novel fate-mapping approach, we identified that resident intestinal CD103 expressing T-cells lack secondary expansion potential and are replaced by de novo formed cells during re-infection.
