Transcriptome sequencing analysis reveals enhanced immune and inflammatory responses in canine pyometra
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: To investigate the potential regulatory mechanism of pyogenesis in dogs, we conducted transcriptome sequencing analysis on the uterus of pyogenesis dogs and healthy dogs, and the results showed that there were 11812 differentially expressed genes in pyogenesis dogs compared with healthy dogs, among which 7086 genes were up-regulated in utero and 4726 genes were down-regulated. And most of these genes are involved in immune and inflammatory responses.
