SERPINB9 is commonly amplified and high expression in cancer cells correlates with poor immune checkpoint blockade response


ABSTRACT: After exposing a panel of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) cell lines to cytotoxic CD8+ T-cells, we found SERPINB9 to be the most differentially expressed gene between the cell lines most and least resistant to T-cell killing.
