Time-dependent gene expression patterns in injured brains of WT and LRRK2 G2019S mice.
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: The effects of the LRRK2 G2019S (GS) mutation on brain injury and recovery from injury were examined by comparing time-dependent gene expression patterns in injured brains of WT and GS mice, beginning 6 h after injury to almost complete repair 15 days later. Brain injury was induced by stereotaxic injection of ATP, a component of damage-associated molecular patterns (DAMPs), into the striatum.
