Ssdp influences neurodevelopment and autism-like behaviors in Drosophila melanogaster

ABSTRACT: To investigate the alterations in gene expression in Ssdp transgenic overexpressing flies compared with controls. We then performed gene expressing profiling from the RNA-seq data to determine if any genes are dysregulated.
