Differential gene expression in spt-2 mutant worms.

ABSTRACT: The SPT-2 histone chaperone is involved in the maintenance of chromatin structure during transcription. Here, we performed mRNA-seq to compare gene expression profiles of spt-2 mutant worms. We compare two full spt-2 gene knock-out worm strains (KO-A and KO-B), or a strain expressing an spt-2 allele with reduced binding to histones (M627A), to wild type N2 worms.
