Gene expression profile at single cell level of human Simpson Golabi Behmel Syndrome (SGBS) and murine 3T3-L1 cells prior to and during adipogenesis

ABSTRACT: We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the transcriptional diversity of cells undergoing adipogenesis using two cellular models of adipogenesis in vitro, human SGBS cells and murine 3T3-L1 cells.

At successive time-points, cells were collected, and processed for microarray analysis.
