ABSTRACT: To evaluate the role of TNIK in ECs and in regulation of disturbed flow and laminar flow, we established Human Aorta (HAECs) from two human donnors in which each target gene has been knocked down of TNIK by siRNA. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of two different HAECs witt/without knocking down of TNIK under disturb flow and laminar flow for 24 hours
