M6A meRIP-seq of meclofenamic acid treated uveal melanoma cells
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Uveal melanoma (UM), the most prevalent primary intraocular malignancy in adults with high lethality, is necessitating an urgent need for effective therapeutic interventions. Here we found the meclofenamic acid (MA), an inhibitor of FTO, could be a candidate for UM treatment. To investigate the molecular function of meclofenamic acid (MA), an inhibitor of FTO, MeRIP-seq were performed to map and compare the m6A sites in DMSO and MA treated OMM2.3 cells.
