ABSTRACT: Analysis of human iPS-derived cardiomyocytes exposed to glucose, endothelin-1 and cortisol in vitro. Treatment produces a surrogate diabetic cardiomyopathic phenotype. Results provide insight into the pathways regulated by the treatment in the cardiomyocyte.
