ABSTRACT: The DNA methyl transferase inhibitor decitabine regulates gene expression in cancer cells. We used microarrays to detail the globle programming of gene expression, and identified a distinct class of immunoregulartory genes up-regulated upon decitabine treatment in ovarian cancer cells.
