ABSTRACT: We employ cDNA microarry(Agilent Mouse lncRNA (4*180K,Design ID:049801) ) to detect the differential expression of mRNAs and lncRNAs in the lung of mice infected with or without A/WSN/33 influenza virus. Microarry analysis revealed that 2092 mRNAs and 1640 lncRNAs differentially expressed in the lung of IAV infected mice compared to control, including 1399 mRNAs and 1052 lncRNAs upregulated, 693 mRNAs and 588 lncRNAs downregulatded. Our finding indicates that thousands of genes are involved in and may play critical roles in the influenza virus-host interactions.
