Phosphotyrosine proteomics of MDCK cell


ABSTRACT: MDCK cell with Src-overexpression (wild type or mutant) were trypsinized, and enriched with Fe-IMAC. After labelling with TMT 10plex reagent, phosphotyrosine peptides were further enriched with phosphotyrosine antibodies. The enriched peptides were analyzed with Q Exactive Plus.

Abnormal/cancerous cells within healthy epithelial tissues undergo apical extrusion to protect against carcinogenesis, although they acquire invasive capacity once carcinogenesis progresses.
