Snake venomics of Vipera seoanei


ABSTRACT: Snake venomics analysis of the Vipera seoanei. A venom pool of 49 milked wild specimen were separated by RP-HPLC, followed by SDS-PAGE separation and the single bands were in-gel processed by DTT, IAC and final o/n tryptic digested.

European vipers (genus <i>Vipera</i>) are medically important snakes displaying considerable venom variation, occurring at different levels in this group.
