Proteomic characterization of Mycobacterium tuberculosis subjected to carbon starvation

ABSTRACT: Global proteomic data from Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) H37Rv grown under replicating and carbon-starvation conditions. Proteins were obtained from Mtb cultures lysed by bead beating, digested with trypsin, and then analyzed by LC-MS/MS. Data was searched with MS-GF+ using PNNL's DMS processing pipeline.
