Ccdc78 and Ccdc33 AP-MS from Xenopus laevis animal caps.

ABSTRACT: Anti GFP AP-MS of GFP-fusions for Ccdc78 and Ccdc33 from excised cultured Xenopus animal caps rich in multi-ciliated cells. Control samples were anti-GFP pull-downs from similar tissue expressing only GFP. Samples were prepared by in-gel digest, and there are 3 injections for each sample (labeled a,b,c). Filenames with dates from 8/2024 are Ccdc33 pull-downs and matched controls. Samples with dates 6/24 and 7/24 are Ccdc78 pulldowns and matched controls.

Identification of direct targets of Arabidopsis JAGGED in floral buds

Project description:JAGGED (JAG) is a regulatory gene that controls shoot organ growth in Arabidopsis. To reveal the molecular links between JAG and the cellular activities required for tissue growth, we used chromatin immunoprecipitation-high-throughput sequencing (ChIP-Seq). To reveal the genome-wide JAG binding sites, we used anti-GFP antibodies to pull down JAG-bound DNA from jag-2 inflorescences complemented with a genomic JAG-GFP fusion (JAG:JAG-GFP) [14]. ChIP-Seq was performed and analyzed in triplicate, with wild-type inflorescences used as epitope-negative controls.
