ABSTRACT: ‘Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticus’ (CLas), the bacterial pathogen associated with citrus greening disease, is transmitted by Diaphorina citri, the Asian citrus psyllid (ACP). This dataset was obtained from analysis of CLas(+) whole nymph ACP samples.
