ABSTRACT: Three sets of DDA-based proteomics studies were performed to characterize Snf1-dependent phosphorylation kinetics in the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae. In vivo assays as well as in vitro kinase assays were performed. For each set, five biological replicates were analyzed.
