The aim of this study was to compare filter-aided sample preparation (FASP) and protein aggregation capture (PAC) starting from a three-species protein mix (<i>Human</i>, <i>Soybean</i> and <i>Pisum sativum</i>) and two different starting amounts (1 and 10 µg).
