Proteome dynamics during differentiation of SGBS adipocytes


ABSTRACT: Here, we identified temporal dynamics in the proteome during adipocyte differentiation of the human SGBS cells, applying untargeted proteomics. Samples were taken at initiation of differentiation, at an intermediate and terminal time point.
