Mass spectrometry reflects key aspects of copper-amyloid β chemistry


ABSTRACT: In this study, we examined the gas-phase redox chemistry of the [copper(II) – amyloid β] complex. Our findings reveal that the sequence-dependent variations in this chemistry correspond to significant aspects of the in vitro behavior of different peptide variants.
